Ocean East condos are located at 3601 E Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, California.  This is a small residential condo building with one and two bedroom units that were built in 1965.  This is a premier location situated on the ocean front street of Ocean Blvd and directly across the street from the beach in the upscale Belmont Heights neighborhood.  Since there are only 12 units in this building condos rarely come on the market for sale.  In the last 8 years only 7 of these units have come up for sale and are typically priced mid $400,000 to $600,000 range.  This is a great value considering the almost beachfront location and close proximity to the Belmont Pier area.
