Aragon Signal Hill Townhouses

Located in the Signal Hill area of Long Beach is a newer community known as "Aragon." The homes were actually built around 2014 and feature tri-level townhouses with modern design and open floor plans. The development was done by MBK homes with two bedroom homes with a variety of floor plans from 1,189 to 1,883 square feet. This is a private gated neighborhood with interiors that often feature vaulted ceilings, outdoor balconies and bonus loft area. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances are very common in these modern style kitchens that included a tankless water heater system. Homes also came with attached garages with direct access into the home. One of the neat things about this project was that the builders took a very green approach and used solar panels to aid in the energy into these homes. Central air-conditions and forces air heating is standard in these homes.
The location is pretty tricky to find since most navigation systems still doesn't recognize the exact spot of this neighborhood. It' located near the cross streets of Pacific Coast Highway and Redondo Avenue. All the homes located here feature a total of two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The location is close to local restaurants, shopping, schools and multiple parks. Real Estate prices has consistently sold in the mid $450,000 to upper $595,000 range since the project was first built. Some of the model homes sold with all furnishings included in the sale.
