Bayshore Long Beach Neighborhood Homes

Dating back to early 2001 to 2002 was a new community that was built near the Marina area and commonly referred to as the "Bayshore" community.  These are nice detached single family homes that were built in the Spanish architectural style and offer three and four bedroom homes that average 2,500 square feet.  The location is really ideal as it's just 2 blocks to the water of the Long Beach Marina in the Alamitos Heights area and just minutes to the Belmont Shore and Belmont Heights neighborhoods.  A lot of the homes in this neighborhood offer a private patio entrance, formal living room, dining room and a formal entry.  Kitchens are typically very large with a center island and plenty of kitchen cabinetry.  The interior architecture includes arched doorways and and outdoor terraces to keep in theme with the Spanish design.  Additional features that can be found include an attached two car garage, master bath with jacuzzi tub, dedicated laundry room inside the home and a large walk-in closet for the Master Bedroom.

The best was to find these homes is to go to the cross streets of 7th street and Pacific Coast Highway.  From this location head toward Flint Street where many of the homes are located.  There are several gated communities in this area as well as well as many water front homes.   Real Estate prices for a three bedroom, two bath homes are normally price in the low $1 million dollar range.  There is a small homeowners association dues of $108.00 month.  Homes in this neighborhood are normally shown by appointment only so please contact us at 562-355-8228 to view any or the homes listed for sale.
