Beach Park Long Beach Condos

Located at 2105 E Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, California is an ocean view condo complex called "Beach Park."   Located near the downtown area of Long Beach in the Bluff Park neighborhood is a three story condo building that is located directly across the street on the famous "Ocean Blvd" in Long Beach.  It's hard to get a much nicer location with a fabulous view for condos that typically sell in the $300,000 to $600,000 range.  The complex gets it's name since it's located adjacent to the large Bixby Dog Park which is a large parcel of vacant land that overlooks the ocean and stretches all the way down to the sandy beach.  All of the condos that are located here are either one or two bedroom units that average between 620 to 1,459 square feet.  The best view units are those located facing Ocean Blvd and the Pacific Ocean.

On average, only one or two of these units will come on the market for sale each year.  For the most part, one bedroom condos with no view will sell in the low $300,000 range and can offer a view of the courtyard or park.  There tends to be two different one bedroom floor plans with one offering 620 square feet while another floor plans offers 720 square feet.  The two bedroom units are where you will find the wonderful ocean view units with a range of pricing.  The most affordable option are those condos located on the side of the building that face the park and have a side view of the ocean.  These have sold in the past couple of years in the high $400,000 range.  The prime two bedroom units are located facing the beach and have sold in the low $600,000 range.  Like the one bedrooms there are a several different floor plans that come in at 1,285, 1,328, 1,391 and 1,459 square feet.
