Rose Park historic homes in Long Beach, California are rich in history and date back to the early 1900's.  In fact, the earliest home that we have seen come on the market in the Rose Park area was built in 1900 and located at 621 Molino Avenue in Long Beach.  The location of the community is ideally situated just minutes to the beach and near other historic districts like Bluff Heights, Carrol Park, Belmont Heights, Belmont Shore and Bluff Park.  Many love the homes located here that tend to be single level and average between 1,500 to 2,000 square feet of living space.  On any given year there is roughly 30 to 40 homes that come on the market here that are often priced in the mid $600,000 to $700,000 range for a detached single family home.

Located just east of the Belmont Shore & Belmont Heights area is a very popular complex known as Sovereign Park Estates.  This is a great place to find one and two bedroom condos with low homeowners association dues.  There are multiple two story buildings in this complex that consist of ground level and second level units.  The complex first developed in the mid 1960's and is filled with mature trees and landscaping with grassy greenbelts area that many of the condos overlook.
