Bridgeport Long Beach Condos

Located in the upscale Belmont Heights area are a set of condos in the community called "Bridgeport."  Bridgeport is a nice condo complex located next to the Colorado Lagoon Park area and just block to the Long Beach Marina.  This is a gated complex with a nice community pool, spa, outdoor shower and storage facilities with gated subterranean parking. The condos have their own unique property address with covered balconies, custom fireplaces and an open floor plan.  The association does allow for pets in this building and charges a monthly fee of $415.00 a month which covers your trash and building maintenance and insurance.
