Long Beach, California has some wonderful historic neighborhoods where you will find houses built in the early 1900's and located within a short distance to the beach. The historic Carroll Park area of Long Beach is a perfect example of this with beautiful architectural historic homes that can be found throughout this grand neighborhood. The one thing that's hard to find in this area is residential condos with one exception. There is a small condo building called Carroll Park East that is located at 372 Carroll Park in Long Beach that features one and two bedrooms condos in this heart of this community. The location is just outside the Bluff Heights historic neighborhood and features a small neighborhood park commonly referred to as "Carroll Park."The biggest selling feature for many of these condos is the close proximity to the beach which is a short driving or biking distance away.
Real Estate sales in this community has been very few and far between with an average of one condo being sold every year. The last sale occurred in 9/17/20 where a one bedroom, one bath condo with an approximate 792 square feet sold for $400,000. Before this date the last sale occurred in August of 2018 for a one bedroom, one bath condo with an approximate 802 square feet which sold for $360,000. There is currently one condo on the market for sale at $598,000 which is a large two bedroom floor plan with an approximate 1,1,68 square feet. It will be interesting to see what this condo sells for considering the hot real estate market that we are currently in. Homeowners association dues tend to be vey reasonable which currently run $284.00 a month.
