La Contessa Long Beach Condos

The Belmont Heights area of Long Beach is well known for their beautiful single family homes that offer great curb appeal with some older historic properties located there as well.  The Belmont Shore and Belmont Heights area are arguably two of the nicest area in all of Long Beach.  What a lot of people don't know is that there are also some really nice condo buildings located in these area and one of them is the La Contessa building originally built in 1965.  If you have ever driven down 2nd street and see the outside of this building you would immediate recognize it from it's large scale with huge balconies and stunning wrought iron railings.  The building also has some gentle curves to it that remind of a cruise ship out to sea.  Inside there is a lot to be found with one, two and three bedroom condo floor plans to choose from.

La Contessa has a lot to offer and comes with it's own gated entrance, subterranean parking spaces, laundry room, front entrance lobby and an elevator.  Real Estate prices vary since these condos rarely come on the market for sale.  In fact, in the last 2 years there have been only 2 listings that have come on the market for sale here.  Going back to 5 years to the years 2015 and 2016 it was not uncommon to see condos at La Contessa listed for sale in the mid $400,000 range.  In fact, condos sold between $391,500 to $460,000 during those two years.  In 2017 there were no sales here and then in 2018 we had one two bedroom condo sale that sold for $535,000.  In 2019 there were no sales and in 2020 the first condo to come on the market is currently listed at $610,000 which features a total of 3 bedrooms and has been on the market for just 1 day now.  To learn more about this fantastic Long Beach condo building please contact any of our local agents at 562-355-8228.
