Long Beach is surprisingly a very affordable beach town with many condos being offered for sale under $200,000. The downtown area is a great place to start with many buildings located just blocks to the beach. Condos buildings like Linden Terrace have recently had two condo sales in the $165,000 range and offer a prime downtown Long Beach address. The large majority of these condos are one bedroom units with a few two bedroom condos that are located between Alamitos Beach and the downtown Long Beach area.
Currently there are 36 units for sale under the $200,000 price point with several condos listed under $100,000 as well. Some of these building will offer peek views of the ocean and offer a wide variety of amenities. Some of the best downtown building in this price range include the Lafayette Building, Lynn Manor, Cedar Towers, Linden Terrace and Royal Palms building.
