Long Beach Condos Under $300,000

The Long Beach real estate market has seen a strong surge in real estate prices for the last year with a huge pool of buyers looking for well priced homes. If you have looked at real estate prices in nearby beach towns you soon realize how expensive it is to live by the beach in Southern California. One exception to this is the condo market in Long Beach, California where you can still find a wide range of properties that are priced under $300,000. There are some really great condo buildings to consider in this price.First, the Wilmore Building located at 315 W 3rd street is a great place to start your search. It's located in the Downtown area of Long Beach which has become the hub for many of the hi-rise condo buildings. Currently real estate prices for a studio unit start at $287,000 and go up to $296,500. Association dues for the lower price unit currently runs $464.07 so at this price point it makes it a great entry level property to get into located a short driving distance to the beach.
The Second option would be the Royal Palms building. The condo building is located much closer to the beach and often has several condos located for under $300,000. It is also located in the Downtown area so your are located to nearby restaurants and shopping as well as within walking distance to the beach. Current real estate prices start at $299,000 for a studio condo with 490 square feet of living space. Associations dues for this condo currently run $282.94 and include a community pool. Finally, the Artaban building located at 10 Atlantic Ave is one one of the most interesting Downtown condo buildings in the Long Beach area. We found two condo listings for under $300,000 with current prices starting at $279,000 for a studio unit for 360 square feet.
