Located just the downtown Long Beach area is a four story condo building called Magnolia Place that has long been a favorite for those looking for a newer construction building near the water in Long Beach, California. Magnolia place is located at 535 Magnolia Avenue and was newly built in the year 1990. The builder at the time wanted to build a Mediterranean style complex that would house one to two bedroom condos in a secure gated environment. If you are not looking to be in the heart of the downtown area this is the second best location that's just blocks to the beach with easy freeway access on to the 710 freeway.
What makes this building unique is that it offer many modern amenities that many of the downtown condos buildings don't offer due to their age. Some of the amenities include underground parking space, private elevator, community pool, spa, fitness center and plenty of guest parking. the location is really ideal and just a short distance to many great restaurants, shopping and boutique cafes that are all located in this area of the downtown section. The interiors often come with an open floor plan that combines kitchen and living room space with a gas fireplace in the living room and an inside laundry room. Units often come with exterior patios, trash chutes on each floor and panoramic views from the roof top level.
Real Estate prices for a one bedroom typically sell in the low $300,000 range while large two bedroom units selling in the high $300,000 to low $400,000 range. Monthly dues currently run $326.00 a month which is a fairly respectable amount when compared with other buildings that can be much higher than this.
