Most Expensive Long Beach Homes Sold in 2015

The most expensive Long Beach homes sold in 2015 are featured here.  Two of the top three Long Beach homes sold in 2015 where located in water front communities of Naples Island.  Long Beach has a nice variety of homes that sit next to the Alamitos Bay area which leads out to the Pacific Ocean.  The third highest sale was located in the upscale Park Estates neighborhood. Below is the top 3 most expensive homes sold in 2015.

55 Vista Del Golfo, Long Beach sold for $8,525,000 on 06/15/2015.  Located in the Naples Island community, the six bedroom, 9,672 square foot home was a stunning Mediterranean style bay front residence which sat on the Alamitos Bay in Long Beach.  The large estate home came with a 120 foot frontage that coulee accommodate a very large yacht to the back of the property.  it also featured 10 foot tall arched glass windows, 22 foot ceilings, custom Veranda, elevator, 3 car garage and private spa.  The home was on the market for 410 days and was originally listed at $10,900,000.

55 Vista Del Golfo, Long Beach

5436 E The Toldeo, Long Beach sold for $5,300,00 on 06/25/2015.  Also located on Naples Island is a beautiful Contemporary style home that featured 4,622 square feet and located on the tip of the Alamitos Bay.  Built in 2011, the home incorporated both interior and exterior spaces with an an interior pool area, walls of glass that overlooked the Bay and a large Master Suite with it's own custom water front deck area as pictured above.  This property was only on the market for a short 59 days and was originally listed at $5,700,000.

5531 Bryant Dr, Long Each sold for $5,177,500 on 10/09/2015.  Located in the desirable Park Estates community in Long Beach is a five bedroom, 5,439 square foot home that was the third highest sale in the Long Beach area.  One of the main reasons for it's high price point was the home sat on a 2.6 acre of land in the upscale Park Estates neighborhood.  it featured a 5,000 square foot main house with a total of 5 bedrooms and also a two bedroom guest house with it's own private entrance.  Some of the features found on these grounds included a private swimming pool, putting green, guest house, pool house, wine cellar, basement and a 4 car garage.  This was a great price point for a home located on nearly 3 acres of land.  Originally  listed at $6,900,000 and sold after being on the market for a total of 316 days.
