Palacio Del Mar Long Beach Condo Complex

Located at the very beginning of the downtown Long Beach area is a Spanish style condo complex located on the beach at 25 15th Place.  There are a lot of condo options for buyers looking for a beach front condo in the Long Beach area with dozens of buildings located along Ocean Blvd.  What makes Palacio Del Mar so unique is the incredible views from many of the units do to a large parcel of vacant land located south of the complex.  The large majority of condos will range from 900 to 1,588 square feet with two to three bedroom floor plans to choose from.  The building has a lot of history and dates back to 1989 when it was first built.  This is considered a boutique condo building that is only 4 levels high with a total of only 18 condos, in vast comparison to many of the tall hi-rise condo buildings that are along Ocean Blvd.
