Since the Long Beach Real Estate market has seen such increases in the last several years it's becoming hard to find an affordable property in Long Beach, California for under $500,000. If you are familiar with the Long Beach area then you know there are a lot of pockets where you will find smaller condo buildings that often feature well priced units. A perfect example of this is the Park View Terrace Long Beach complex that offers an ideal location with a lot of amenities. The location is situated at 1061 Park Avenue and located across the street from a very large Recreational Park area. Several of the condos offer a nice view of the park which has a wide range of amenities which include golfing, tennis, dog park and nice walking trails. Real Estate prices over the years has consistently been selling in the mid $300,000 range until earlier this month when a rare two bedroom condo sold for $600,000 breaking all records as the highest price every sold in Park View Terrace according to our multiple listing service. There is currently a one bedroom condo with approximately 704 square feet that is one the market for $449,000. It's crazy how real estate prices have gone up so quickly as one bedrooms were last sold in 2021 for $371,000.
