The Queen's Surf complex is one of my favorite locations due to it's prime location situated directly on Alamitos Beach.  There's nothing better than waking up and being able to walk directly on to the beach and take the walking trails that leads directly to the heart of the downtown Long Beach area.  For those looking for ocean front condos expect to find prices in the $650,000 range with two bedrooms and two full baths.  Many of the units come with assigned underground parking and extra storage units.  A roof top pool and spa tends to be the gathering spot for residents as it overlooks the Pacific Ocean and the beach.
