The Spinnaker Coves community offers a unique location that offers both water front and interior townhouses located next to the Long Beach Marina. Situated next to the Spinnaker Bay neighborhood is a large complex of approximately 350 homes that were built in the early 1980's. The large majority of these condos are three to four bedrooms with some smaller two bedroom units as well.
