Sunset Pointe Long Beach Condos

One of the more affordable places to buy a condo in the Downtown Long Beach area is the Sunset Pointe condo complex.  If you are familiar with the Downtown area then you will love that this condo building is located approximately two blocks from Broadway street and approximately three blocks from Ocean Blvd which is the main hub where you will find a lot of the great restaurants and shopping here.  What I love about this building is that no matter what the market is doing the prices seem to remain pretty stable over the years with no huge spikes.  What the building is most well known for is the wonderful roof top pool and spa area as pictured below.  It gives the building a true resort feel to it as well as providing underground parking in the subterranean parking garage.  The building also boasts low homeowners association dues that includes trash pickup and water.  

Real Estate prices over the last 5 years have remained pretty consistent with gradual increases.  Most of the two bedroom condos located here have been selling in the mid $500,000 range with the highest sale at $610,000 which sold in June of this year.  Since then it looks like prices are back in the $500,000 range with a two bedroom condo currently on the market for $575,000 that comes with an approximate 1,053 square feet of living space.  This current listing comes with inside stackable laundry units and two assigned parking spaces as well in the subterranean garage.  We have posted all of the sales that have gone through our multiple listing service in the past several years to get a better idea on real estate prices at Sunset Pointe.  We see a lot of value for condos that are located here due to the building amenities and prime location.
