it's not surprising to learn that the most expensive homes sold every year tend to be located on Naples Island in Long Beach.  This has been true this year for the calendar year of 2018 where 2 homes sold over the $5 million dollar price point on Naples Island.  The large majority of homes that sell for top dollar on Naples Island are those that are located facing the water front that often have their own private boat docks.  The Island is surrounded by waters of the Alamitos Bay that leads out to the Pacific Oeaan with large bay front properties that average around 5,000 square feet of living space.

The most expensive home sold in 2018 was located at 19 N Sea Isle Drive that sold for $7.2 million and closed escrow earlier this month on 11/16/2018.
