Do you want to live in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach without paying the high prices that can be found in this area? A great alternative is to find a condo building located a short distance to the freeway with open floor plans and large square footage homes. Real Estate prices last year was in the high $300,000 range for a 2 bedroom condo while 2019 has seen prices risen to the low $400,000 range for the same 2 bedroom unit.
