The Versailles condo building is located at 2601 E Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, California. The Versailles is a gated complex that is located across directly across the street from the beach and in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach. The complex has a variety of one to three bedroom units with select condos offering direct views of the ocean. Many are not aware of this great condo building that has no view obstruction and located on the desirable Ocean Blvd. The condos were first built in 1973 and offer a wide variety of amenities which include a large heated pool, spa and sauna area. The association dues of $367 covers cable TV, earthquake and fire insurance. At the top of the building in an amazing roof top terrace that offers wonderful views of the Long Beach coastline and Pacific Ocean. There is even a clubhouse with a full kitchen ready for guest parties and functions.
The Versailles building really has a lot to offer it's residents. Each of the floors has it's own laundry and trash chute with 24 hour security as well. Parking is available for the units in the subterranean garage which normally transfers when a condo is purchased here. The location is really prime with lots of biking trails that lead to the Belmont Shore beach and the downtown Long Beach area. Both of these locations are an easy 10 minute bike ready with the sandy beach located directly across the street from The Versailes.
