Wrigley Heights Long Beach Community

The Wrigley Heights area of Long Beach is a wonderful neighborhood near the 405 and 710 freeway in Long Beach, California.  The area is filled with a lot of homes that were built between the 1920's to 1950's that often resembles a middle American style town with large front and back yards and tree lined streets.  The location is also well known for having affordable real estate prices when compared to other beach towns and neighborhoods. What you can expect to find is a 3 bedroom home around 1,000 square feet that sells in the high $400,0000 to low $500,000 range.

The neighborhood also is located near top rated schools like Los Cerritos elementary and Bixby Knolls middle school.  It's also known for being a cozy neighborhood with little traffic and a safe environment for kids and pets to play.  It's an easy commute to the Long Beach International Airpot with quick freeway access.  This is an ideal place or those looking for a one story home with a simple yet open floor plan that often comes with attached two car garages.  Our first and second time buyers tend to love this neighborhood for it's charming characteristics and having no homeowners association dues.
