Rose Park Historic Community

The Rose Park historic district dates back to the early 1900's when the first homes were built here.  The neighborhood is ideally located just blocks to the beach and near the Bluff Park and Bluff Heights Historic neighborhoods.  These properties were originally purchased through a Sears catalog that would have various Bungalow, Spanish and Tudor style homes and floor plans to choose from.  The neighborhood itself is rather small but one of the best places to look when looking for an older home to buy in the Long Beach area.  The area is very safe and is considered a great place to live.  The current list of Rose Park homes in Long Beach, California area listed here.
