The Sovereign building is located at 360 Ocean West Blvd and located on the very north end of the downtown Long Beach area. This is a great place to find studio and one bedroom units under the $200,000 price point. Situated at the very end of Ocean Blvd and near the newly developed West Ocean Towers the Sovereign building is an older historic building that was originally built in 1922 and advertised the selling of individual apartments for sale.
