One of the upscale condo buildings in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach is the Colorado Regency building. Located at 5190 E Colorado Street in Long Beach is a two story complex with one and two bedrooms condos that were first built in 1984.  Many of the condos have a nice view of the Marina Park and Lagoon with a location that is just outside the Belmont Shore area with a short distance to the beach.  The one bedroom condos are often under 1,000 square feet but still offer an open floor plan that often comes with central air-conditioning and heating.  Many of the units also come with washer/dryer hook ups for a stackable unit.
