Lindenwood condo complex can be found at 3565 Linden Ave in the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach, California.  The location is just north of the 405 freeway and just off Long Beach Blvd that heads directly down to the beach.  The complex dates back to 1973 when the condos were first built with a total of 198 units.  Buyers have the opportunity to choose from one and two bedroom condos that are all under 1,000 square feet.  The complex is a four story building that offers a gated entrance and secure parking on the first level and condos located between the second to forth floors.  There is a nice community pool, two laundry rooms per each floor as well as a convenient trash chute.  There is even a common entertainment room with pool table and sitting area.

The Pacifica at 150 The Promenade in Long Beach is one of the newer condo buildings in the downtown area of Long Beach.  The complex was built in 2008 and offer one to three bedroom units that span up to 2,180 square feet of living space.  The location is ideally located near the cross streets of 4 street and the Promenade.  The Promenade is a popular spot that is home to other nearby condo buildings with great restaurants and shopping.  It's an easy 4 blocks away from the beachfront street of Ocean Blvd and the Long Beach area.

The Windward Village community is breaking ground as it's in the midst of converting manufactured homes into a planned unit development of single family homes.  Condo conversions are very common as owners will take a duplex or multi-unit building and turn them into individual condos.  The same kind of conversion is happening here except the manufactured homes are being converted into single family homes.  The concept seemed a little foreign to us but there have been over 90 homes that have already been converted over.  This change is sure to boost property values and is a big financial surge for the community.

The location is really ideal for those commuting to work outside the area as the neighborhood is ideally located near the 405 and 710 freeways.

The Bixby Terrace area covers an approximate 9 block radius from Cherry Ave to Orange Ave and north of Bixby Road and south of Carson Street.  Homes located in this area are often single level homes that offer three to four bedrooms and normally under 2,000 square feet of living space.  The area is just south of the Bixby Hills  and Bixby Knolls area and north of the 405 freeway.  Many love living here since the location offers easy freeway access and within close proximity to local shopping and schools.
